Growing up in a household where he could pull everything apart, from doorknobs to electrical appliances, Ramesh Dasary was a natural-born troubleshooter early on.

The great mender then has become a great changemaker today.

Ramesh Dasary is a facilitator, strategist, and decentralization evangelist who focuses on systemic change in individuals, organizations, and cultures. He is the author of the popular publication ‘Myths and Insights of Talent Management’.

Ramesh has traveled throughout Asia, Europe, and Australia, closely studying people of different demographics and cultures, and analyzing what makes a business truly successful. He’s always been intrigued by the “people factor” in organizational development. Through rigorous trial and error, he’s learned a lot about what works, how best to help, and who the right people are.

Today, his career spans more than two decades, and he’s had a front-row seat watching India’s HR transformation and the impact it’s had on organizations. Ramesh grew through the ranks performing diverse roles in the areas of Business Management, Human Resources, Employer Branding, and Employee Relations.

He will visit and engage with you and your leadership team, wearing three major hats in his change management initiatives:

  • Culture Strategist
  • Leadership and Succession Management
  • Establishing PMS, the whole nine yards as a Transformation initiative

Prior to founding Ramesh Dasary & Associates, Ramesh spearheaded the HR initiatives of well-known companies such as BPL India, Bharat Earth Movers Ltd, Widia India, Warner Lambert (Cadbury) Coca-Cola India, AMP Sanmar Insurance (Reliance Life Insurance) and ING Life Insurance.

Malati Mukherjee is a Consultant, an Independent Trainer, a Coach, and Mentor. She is a writer, an editor, a web copywriter, and a Storyteller. 

An MBA from India’s premier management institute XLRI, with over 38 years of experience, in India, the US, and the UK, Malati has led and managed large multinational teams in the areas of Operations, Human Resource Management, Training, and Communications. Her last corporate position was Director of Operations on the board of Mastek (UK) Ltd., based in Reading in the UK.

She is a coach, consultant and trainer and has successfully conducted workshops at all managerial levels, and in various industries, in areas of Communication, Behavioural and Attitudinal Change.

She presently works with corporates, NGO’s and voluntary groups and leads social projects in Tribal Women & Children’s Nutrition and Education in the Nilgiris of South India.
